AEGEE-Europe, AEGEE-Enschede and Foundation ICE (Agora organisers) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy statement explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal data in connection with Spring Agora Enschede 2023 according to the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) [2016/679]

The data controller is AEGEE-Enschede, for any questions about the processing of the data you may reach out to info@agoraenschede.org.

The following purposes of processing your personal data are based on the legal basis of consent:

    • Providing meals adjusted to your allergies and dietary needs
    • Assisting with needs based on disability and/or medical condition, but only upon your specific request

The following purposes of processing your personal data are based on the legal basis of our legitimate interest to organise Spring Agora Enschede 2023:

    • Managing your registration 
      • Including processing your arrival time
    • Providing meals adjusted to your allergies and dietary needs
      • including processing travelling data estimate daily meal amounts
    • Verifying your application
    • Complying with Dutch alcohol regulations
    • Printing your badges
      • Which will at least include your name, pronouns, and local/European Body
    • Communicating with participants
    • Verifying your phone number to contact you in case of an emergency
    • Providing a visa invitation letter

Your personal data will only be processed by organisers and helpers of Spring Agora Enschede 2023 

Your personal data will be deleted at the latest by 30th of June 2023.
